Our know-how developments

Car glass machine

The ERC Engineering and Technology Laboratory is currently developing the next generation of the machine and is working on version 3.0.

The planned version 3.0 of the machine will be made from recycled PVB/polyvinyl butyral, which will significantly reduce the costs of the next generation of ERC machines.

Recycling of solar modules

Our ERC R&D team is working in parallel on developing the latest technology for solar module recycling.

Bulletproof PVB sheet

The PVB bulletproof sheet is capable of stopping a 9 mm Para caliber bullet from a distance of 20 meters. This product is flexible, lightweight, and can also be used in a transparent form.

The military industry has shown interest in these products.

Universal panels

PVB/polyvinyl butyral has unparalleled properties and a melting point of 210 degrees Celsius. Such panels can be of the required thickness and feature interlayer chambers for filling with thermal/sound insulation foam, also made of PVB/polyvinyl butyral. Such panels can be widely used in construction, for example:

  • Outdoor wall cladding

  • Interior wall cladding

  • Cabinet furniture

  • Advertising constructions

  • Quickly assembled fence

  • Terrace table

  • Address signs

  • A modular insulated panel can be a wall of a rapid production building

And much more, depending on the task.
