The ERC Technology Laboratory develops new recycling technologies, devices and new materials.
The first successful development is a machine for environmentally friendly recycling of car glass.
The ERC machine is completely environmentally friendly, economical, mobile and has high productivity, is cost-effective and easy to maintain.
The prototype of the ERC machine version 2.0 is made of metal, already weighs around 1000 kilograms and is ready to be shipped for reproduction.
During development, all safety requirements according to CE certification requirements were taken into account through numerous consultations with experts in the certification field.

The ERC Ecological Recycling Complex is registered in Switzerland and is dedicated to the environmentally friendly recycling of damaged car windscreens both in Switzerland and in EU countries.

The technology developed by our company for separating glass and PVB film is characterized by absolute environmental friendliness and maximum safety.

With a mobile unit, we achieve an impressive productivity of up to 50 tons per shift.

The result of our processing: clean, washed glass fragments and a completely glass-free PVB film that retains 100% of its original size.

The projected version 3.0 will be built from recycled PVB / Polyvinyl butyral, which will significantly reduce the cost of the new generation ERC machine.

Work is also underway on the development of the latest technology for recycling solar panels.

By the end of 2025, the Technology Laboratory plans to complete the development of this equipment.
